I am Sarah Cherie McDaniel: a 22-year old, adventure-loving Celiac disease sufferer. Growing up, I was fortunate enough to have parents that placed an emphasis on travelling and experiencing new things: and thus, my love of travel was born.

When I was diagnosed with Celiac disease in January of 2015, I thought my life was over. I mourned for the croissants and crepes I would never have in France and wept for the pizza and pasta I would never again eat in Italy. However, over a year later, I have learned that I am so much more than my disease; and the world has so much more to offer than gluten.

Join me as I wander the globe (and sometimes just my backyard), finding scrumptious gluten-free food along the way.
